Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
How Do Everything is built to be read, not to track you. This page explains, in plain language, what little data is processed when you visit, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Onion Search Engine LLC, 244 Madison Avenue #1031, New York, NY 10016, United States. For any privacy request, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- No accounts, no forms, no newsletters. You cannot give us personal data through this site, and we don't ask for any.
- Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites. We see page views, not people.
- Technical server logs. Like virtually every website, our infrastructure (including Cloudflare, which serves this site) processes IP addresses and request metadata for security and delivery purposes — for example to block malicious traffic. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.
What we don't do
- We show no advertising and use no advertising trackers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.
- We do not build profiles of our readers.
Third parties
This site is delivered through Cloudflare (content delivery, security and cookieless analytics). Cover images are served from our own server and sourced from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Articles may link to external websites; their privacy practices are their own.
Legal basis (EU/EEA visitors — GDPR)
The limited technical processing described above is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify or erase personal data concerning you, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Since we hold essentially no personal data about readers, most requests can be answered immediately: just email us.
California residents (CCPA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may nonetheless exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct by contacting us at the address above.
Changes to this policy
If our practices ever change, this page will be updated and the date above revised. Given how little we collect, don't expect drama.
